Toddler Death Law Suit Update

We got our bands reprogrammed in Blaze before we could get into our stateroom, so put them in your carry on bag. I know we ate lunch and made our dinner reservations before we went to Blaze, but we were onboard by 10:30 The girl had just setup the laptop and pad to reprogram the bands when we got there. We walked right up, no line, and had the bands reprogrammed in less than a minute. Check the Compass for times.

On the 1/26/2020 cruise, they were available in Blaze on embarkation day. We brought ours from previous cruises and had no problem getting them reprogrammed, unlike some of other trips.

Oasis back at port today??
PEBBarney replied to wannacruiseharmony's topic in Royal Caribbean International
According to our waiter in Giovanni's last week on the Oasis, Chic-Fil-A is chartering both the Oasis and Symphony this week. That’s some major bucks. The two ships will also have a meet up at Coco Cay later this week. Can’t even imagine how busy or fun that will be, especially if the temperatures stay on the cooler side for south Florida. Currently Oasis is docked in Port Everglades, after it left Miami yesterday, and Symphony is docked in Miami. Symphony left Miami on Saturday, and sailed for a day with no passengers, and returned to Miami this morning. -
D+ drink package purchase question.
PEBBarney replied to Cruisin4beaches's topic in Royal Caribbean International
That has been the case on 2 of last 3 cruises. I have been buying pre-cruise in the planner at cheapest price I see and if with D+ discount is cheaper onboard, canceling at guest services and repurchasing onboard. Just another example of erosion of D+ benefits. -
Allowed to take a cooler of beverages on Harvest Caye?
PEBBarney replied to KKB's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
We had no problem bringing cooler/beach bag combo off the Escape to Harvest Caye. Tipped bar tender on board ship for a few unopened beers, got ice from Garden Cafe and we were all set. Relaxed in the pool all day with no questions asked, and saved a few $$$. -
Everything you need should be on the page. https://www.rclinvestor.com/faqs/shareholder-benefit/

Got our cabin assignment 2 days before sailing, had booked balcony guarantee (not obstructed balcony guarantee), assigned cabin on deck 13 under Solarium. Have booked several guarantees in the past and this was by far the latest we have ever been assigned a cabin. The waiting was driving us crazy, we joked we'd be sleeping on deck chairs. Loved the cabin, was in a very quiet area of ship.

Another Drinks Package Question
PEBBarney replied to mklions's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Most definitely buy in advance. Even if price onboard is less, you can go to guest services and cancel the pre-bought package and re-buy at onboard price, difference will go to you onboard account as a refundable OBC. Even with the Diamond + discount, on the Anthem in September 2019 is was still cheaper to have bought the drink package in advance than to wait until onboard and get the 30% off the package. Just another erosion of the Diamond + C&A benefits.
