Here's some interesting info on chargebacks for US Visa cardholders. I am not an expert in this but at initial glance it appears that anyone who had their cruise cancelled by crystal should have 120 days from the expected services (i.e., date of cruise) (not to exceed 540 days from the transaction processing date) to initiate a chargeback. https://usa.visa.com/dam/VCOM/global/support-legal/documents/faq-covid-19.pdf

From talking with Chase it seems like standard time between temporary credit and permanent credit is about 2 payment cycles once you send over all your supporting documents, etc.

As much as I like my sea days, I'm having a hard time justifying the $$$ of the trip if we're going to be at sea for 5 of the 10 days of the cruise....
