  1. Contemplating booking a cruise sometime in October-December 2022 out of Baltimore on the Legend, but trying to decide where to be on the ship. I know storms can develop that time of the year and the seas can get rough. I have been on multiple cruises and have not yet been in any type of bad seas and never gotten seasick. So I'm looking at a Balcony Midship Upper or Empress deck. Anyone been on this class of ship during rough seas?
  2. Watched Wednesday's 2/17/2021 Guy's Grocery Games and Guy Fieri was wearing a Carnival Pig & Anchor T-shirt. Would love to purchase one if they do sell them onboard once everything starts to go back to normal.
  3. I'm contemplating booking a cruise for October 2022. Has anyone else book cruises that far out yet? I'm hoping the world will be back to normal by then.
  4. I can start our on line check in tomorrow for our November 1st cruise out of Baltimore. Should I start it or just come to the conclusion that this cruise and future cruises are going to be cancelled till whenever. Anyone else start their on line check in for an upcoming cruise?
  5. So what about having to stay another night at the hotel? Do you pay for the extra day or are you camping out in your car?
  6. So what does happen if you are staying at a hotel that offers a cruise and park package and the ship is delayed by a day due to inclement weather or engine problems?
  7. If anyone is staying at the Best Western Plus BWI Airport-Arundel Mills, I would like to know how the shuttle service is to and from the cruise terminal when delays like this happen.
  8. I have done one cruise and park at a Best Western long time ago out of Jacksonville and had no problems with the shuttle service to and from the port. We are staying here for our upcoming cruise in November. Just wanted to know if anyone has stayed here recently to share their experience with this hotel and shuttle experience.
  9. Thanks for the replies. Things have changed since I last sailed with Carnival.
  10. Passengers can now book specialty restaurants online for specific dates and times without having to wait for a confirmation -- but they also have to prepay.
  11. Let me clarify what I originally wanted to say. I have booked an upcoming cruise November 2020 and wanted to know what does Carnival make you prepay before the cruise. I read that the steakhouse has to be prepaid, but what about other reservations on the Carnival website?
  12. Once you are booked, what reservations on Carnival must now be prepaid in advance, e.g specialty restaurants, spa, excursions etc. Thanks for any help on this.
  13. There will be four of us in one stateroom, my wife and I, and my daughter and her husband that want to make reservations for the steakhouse on the same night. My wife and I have our own account set up on the ship and my daughter and her husband have their own account set up on the ship. How do I go about making reservations so that we each pay for their meal?
