Am I right in saying if u book a cruise by 1st august for say April 2022 and cancel then the new FCC is until April 2023

So if u have a voucher that’s valid until April 2022 and there is credit left on the voucher and u decide to do your cruise in April 2022 say. Will they issue u a new voucher for a further 12 months if not it’s going u no time to use it

how long is the voucher for

what if the FCC is say just 50 short. Can u just pay the extra 50 plus port fees or do u need to pay the whole deposit

but the deposit can be part of the FCC

Can the FCC be used for the whole booking Thought I seen somewhere it can’t cover deposit of the cruise or port fees

well u could cancel it if you wanted anytime from when u make the booking up to April 2022. (48 hours before)

Well according to that you could cancel your cruise for as far out as say 10th April 2022 and u would get a credit to cruise by 10th April 2023

Can people who cancelled there cruise there self get a FCC refunded

Is the FCC valid for offers I may see like onboard credit etc

If I better offer comes out can I cancel and re book with the voucher for another cruise with the offer also how long have FCC been taken to arrive

Full refund for our May cruise went in today

well he told me it was the back office team in Miami that sorts the refunds. I’m guessing it’s the same office Mybe for USA bookings

Don’t get we wrong it took hours of calls and emails to sort this but they issued me with a FCC when I asked for a refund I said to them I am not waiting for you to start the refund process again when it was your error It needs sorted now i spoke to someone higher up and I said I will be calling daily until I get this money if not he then re started the refund process on 7th April then got this email today

I did call a few times to explain I was unhappy with time scales. Spoke to team leader twice and he sent me email today confirming it had been done.

I have been dealing with a team leader to sort our refund and have had to push them just got a email there saying that our May cruise has been fully refunded today and should show on our credit card within the next few days
