Hi, We have The Key booked for our Spectrum of the Sea cruise from Singapore that we booked as soon as we could add it. Today we found out our cheeky low bid to go from a GTY balcony to a Golden Balcony (Sky Class) cabin was a winner. As far as I can tell there is now no point in having The Key, but could I see if anyone has any experience that means we should still keep the key? As far as I can see we will now get Voom with the Sky Class cabin and priority boarding/disembarkation in Singapore. Embarkation Key lunch seems less tempting when we will have all day access to Golden Dinning room (Costal Kitchen by another name). Any thought would be apricated before I hit the refund button. Hi, Found out why have not been able to amend the bid for the last few days... Got the email today saying the upgrade bid was accepted, very happy to be moving to Sky Class! Thanks for your help. Dom

Hi, Thank you, just seems so odd that we can not cancel/change/increase the offer now. I thought you could change or cancel the RoyalUp bids anytime until it was accepted or expired. I may have to try and find a way of calling plusgrade to remove the bid. I would like the to cancel the bid before we travel out as don't like the idea of the risk it could get accept post embarkation once unpacked!

Hi, Has anyone else experienced the following with RoyalUp? I placed an offer on RoyalUp when I first I got the email, but now I wanted to modify the offer. For the last three days when I log in there is no option to amend/modify/change or cancel the bid. At first I thought this might mean it was a "win", but no money has been taken / its still says pending and the cabin number has not changed on the booking. Has anyone has of not being able to change the bid for so many days? Thank you 🙂
