  1. Notify Carnival....if you can actually get through to Carnival!! I tried all week and the phones were supposedly down. I am through this morning on a constant hold. They better figure out ways for people to communicate. If I could send an email I would. What email address do you use to email them? Not a lot of contact info for Carnival.
  2. We are/were booked on the Radiance for May 9. I cannot get in touch with Carnival, no cancel confirm emails, etc. They have over 10K of my money though. They better start figuring it out.
  3. I cancelled several days ago and received nothing. My reservation numbers gone. No way to call since phones are off for Carnival.
  4. I have been trying to call Carnival since 8am. The message says they are experiencing high call volume and they are having phone trouble. They are working diligently to fix the problem. How is anyone supposed to get information? I cancelled online but they wiped my booking number and no confirmation email about refund. Can anyone get on touch with Carnival today? If so can you post a number or contact email.
