  1. We recently cruised as solo cruisers. We experienced the same thing......single cruise points. When we called and pointed out error, they applied our points. However, they seemed to do another audit of our accounts and took points away going back to 2005 and 2007. They said we were given too many cruise points in the conversion because we were given credits for a suite. We can't proove what we had going back that far. Now we keep our cards. So I lost 23 points.:(

     

    Well We are new to the forums, found you guys because we were searching the web to see if this has happened to anyone else.

    The wife and I have been cruising for about 4 years. We had points converted over from the C&A point changes a couple years ago and we booked a cruise on tuesday and it showed we had 49 points, we were ready to be Emerald!

    My wife logged in yesterday and 13 points were missing. We called C&A and they said everything they had looked correct and even emailed us all our cruises and our points. So lucky for me I had an email from RCCL in sept that actually showed we had 45 points before our cruise last month. I forwarded that to them. Guess we will see what they do about it. And I carbon copied the email conversations to the CEO. hehe
