I did a quick search and didn't see a similar issue, so I thought I'd ask if anyone else had this issue or if it was a weird glitch for our party.
We just got off Grandeur on Friday. I booked the reservation, paid for the reservation and used my credit card (the same one as for the deposit and final) to guarantee our stateroom charges. We were 3 adults, myself, my husband and our housemate, traveling in a 2 bedroom suite. During the cruise, I only saw my charges in the ap folio and didn't realize until the last night that our housemate had access to the full folio in the ap. Okay, annoying but it's not like he was secretly pulling 5k off his Seapass in the casino. The ap is fairly new so it's probably a little glitchy. However, when they emailed the final folio, they also emailed it to him, not to me, which is not a new process and they figured out who owned the card enough to bill it on a nightly basis.
Suffice to say, I'm annoyed. Is this something anyone else has experienced? I'm trying to figure out why RC decided that he was the primary person, since he was the 3rd person in the cabin and they don't have any of his credit card info since I booked, paid for and guaranteed the whole thing with my AMEX.
