  1. We thought we'd never get our reimbursement for transportation cost(bus, train fare) for the May British isle cruise that was cancelled. After waiting for for about 5 months, finally received the check from Bottomline. Better late than never. Now Princess doesn't own us anything anymore.
  2. I had trouble logging in initially. After few minutes I can logged into my acount and check on my info. Logging in from California.
  3. Well what you know my CC dispute with the travel guard insurance(ins for cancelled May 4th cruise booked from Costco) is now permanent after waiting about 2 months. I guessed either the ins company doesn't want to contest it or Citi-card just say heck with it, and just return my money. I originally filled out the ins cancel form from travel guard web site and choose voucher caused their policy did not allow me to get refund. So the ending of this is a pleasant surprise. I was expecting them to fight it. Now the only thing I am waiting for is my transportation reimbursement from Princess. O
  4. Couple months ago I booked a 2nd cruise(british isle) for Aug sailing after the 1st one was cancelled by Princess. I cancelled the 2nd one before Princess cancelled it in Phase 2. Concern about Princess going out of business, I disputed by $400 deposit in April if my memory is correct. Finally we have closure, my citicard notified me my credit is now permanent. Only thing left is the reimbursement of bus and train fare which they said back in April 16th that they would pay me for. Its now 60 days. Anyone in the same situation got their reimbursement yet? Agent told me it was su
  5. I filed the dispute for the CC that was used for the small $200 down payment. I did not dispute the final payment on the 2nd CC. Hope u get your refund soon.
  6. I posted this on another refund related thread so sharing it here. OMG! The day has finally come where Princess gave me back all my refund on my two credit cards! I was so closed in filing a dispute for the 2nd CC that has the bigger balance. Feels like a big financial weight off my shoulder. Cruise date was May 4th 2020 on Regal Princess(British isle cruise). Princess cancelled it on the Phase 1 March 12th. Option #2 selected in April. Credit card #1(used for down payment and I disputed in May) show a final credit. Credit card #2(used to paid the

  8. Hope you are right about the a person/group that is processing a particular sailing. A fellow cruiser that was supposed to be on the same cruise as ours got their CC refund recently. So hopefully we are not far behind.
  9. We were suppose to go on the same ship as you, and we selected option 2. So far no CC refund yet but we did get the FCC several weeks ago.
  10. Our cruise was suppose to be on May 4th. We got our FCC several weeks back. Hope we get our refund on CC soon.
  11. Glad to hear. I am too waiting for the cruise refund plus the EZ Air fare.
  12. Still waiting for my CC refund for our cancelled May 4th cruise. Planning to dispute it later this week. On a side note, I disputed a statue of Liberty cruise tour with Statue Cruise in New York caused I didn't get a refund(about $67) after about 3 weeks in March. I disputed in 4/2/2020 and finally today my credit became permanent. I recall one person on another thread said he lost the dispute of about 12K in cruise. I don't know how the merchant won it especially the company has said they cancelled the cruises and intend to issue refund to people.
  13. I read something like that too. Dont know if its a percentage or a particular dollar amount. I'd think they want to process refund quicker as the chargebacks will add up quickly which wouldn't be good for their finance.
  14. I bough travel guard insurance(AIG) for May cruise but it was beyond the 15day refund period so they declined to give me refund, but issued me a voucher(good for 2 years). I don't agree so disputed it with my CC. Will find out in several months if AIG will contest it.
  15. I used it for the 2nd cruise(for late Aug sailing) that I cancelled about 3-4 weeks ago. Since I didn't pay in full yet, I only disputed the $400 deposit so far only got a conditional credit. I don't feel comfortable loaning my money to them without anything in return, not to mention they still own me more than 8k!
