  1. I work for a Fire Department near Tacoma. We don’t have any travel restrictions, other than those imposed by that guy in Olympia. We do however have an excellent process in place to minimize exposure and work from home as applicable.
  2. Updated: Hurricane Dorian Update 8/29 9:25PM ET: The safety and security of our guests and crew is always our top priority. Due to Hurricane Dorian in the Caribbean, we have modified the following itineraries for Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Sky and Norwegian Sun. 4. I had the premium package on the Bliss in July for two weeks. Worked perfectly the whole time. I did have to visit the Internet Cafe between cruises to have them remove cached info in their system Other than that, no issue.

  7. Was mid to high 70’s most of last week. Not very smoky at all. We’re in Victoria currently and it’s overcast and a bit chilly. Thus far, they are predicting similar weather next week. I hope so, as we still have seven more days to go. Didn’t notice any mosquitoes but I suppose they are there.
  8. We had two medical evacuations on the 4th. Sadly, the first involved two family members and a decedent. The second was a boat evacuation at Icy Point Strait.
  9. I've seen them via land in Michigan, never on a cruise. That said, I wish you luck as they are magnificent to witness.
  10. It's worth noting, if any of your excursions go into Canada, you may have to show your passport or other documentation. The cruise ship will let you know if that's the case. We had to in 2013 when we took a bus through Canada after getting off the White Pass Railway.
  11. Last time we were there, we just walked around at our leisure. It's a short stop and was not very interesting to us.
  12. Thanks. How was the weather during your trip?
  13. Yes. If Platinum, talk to CruiseNext when you board, it's free. If not, see ShoreEx and they will take care of you.
  14. According to my wife, it's a room to cool off in the Spa. Didn't make much sense to her but people use it.
