  1. When booking a cruise I see up sells or upgrades that refer to Laundry but can't find a fare "up sell" that adds laundry.  Can some of you Princess cruisers please direct me to the correct way to add laundry to my mini suite.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

  2. We are currently on the Canada Greenland Iceland cruise. Guests pay extra for priority dining via Club Orange so why are there diners in line today at 4:30 pm for Club Orange for dining that does not begin until 5:15?  This does not seem like a priority dining experience.

  3. I am pretty sure you can't enter those 2 items until you are within 72 hours. We completed VeriFly and boarded in Seattle on April 30. Didn't do us much good because the check-in people inside the terminal never heard of VeriFly. There was someone with a VeriFly sign outside who let you in but once inside you were with the crowd. We used it in San Diego last month and it was very useful because the check in people were taught how to use the system.

  4. DH and I added all our info into one phone. Took pictures of our vaccine cards and Covid tests and everything was verified within a few minutes of submitting them to VeriFly. At check-in this past Sunday in San Diego the agent looked at the Ready To Sail in VeriFly, looked at our photos to make sure it was us and that was it. Did not have to show any original vaccine documentation. But we still had to show our boarding pass and passports to board. Entire process was less than 5 minutes.  Hope this helps.

Booked  & still on board …. Obviously not yet received ‘welcome back offer’ …. Will it be applicable to my onboard booking when I do get it ??

I booked a $35k cruise while on board. When I got the Welcome Home offer I was told I couldn't "double dip" even though their handout states any cruise booked on board can be combined with all future offers.

  6. We disembarked on Nov. 14. We were self assist and left our cabin at 8:15 a.m. and were outside waiting for our uber by 8:30 and at the airport by 8:45.  We had pre-check and that took about 5 minutes.  DON'T just go by our experience. Many people have said that customs could take up to one hour. We were the only ship that day.

no, the lido coffee is pretty bad in the wee hours, truthfully it is not too good anytime but far worse in the wee morning hours.  I get up before 5 am as a habit and now bring the Starbuck packets as @tuolumne couple suggested.

We were just talking with several fellow cruisers about how bad Lido coffee usually is but especially at 4 am which is when we usually want our morning coffee. Thanks for the Starbucks coffee packets suggestion.

People do it all the time - there is no connection between the purchaser, and the user. Each person needs their own account on the NAVICA app - else you are good to go.

All that being said - I would HIGHLY recommend you spend the extra dollars and get a 3 pack. Things can happen to the test kit (Mashed in the mail), fluid container can be out of fluid, or teh testing process; test stuff drop to the floor or out of sight of the proctor, error in the process by yourself, or the Proctor and the test is invalidated.

Really, really good to have a spare.

Just and aside: As eMed only sells 6 pack (and they are currently still out of stock) you will actually purchase from Optum (Link to them from eMed site.)

eMed supplies the proctors for the test.

Thank you for this information and suggestion.

  9. 5* Mariners receive "priority check in". We are boarding in San Diego on Wed. with only 300 other passengers to join the Panama Canal cruise which began in Seattle. We have been assigned boarding group K which boards at 4:20 pm. Everybody in boarding groups A-J must be President Club members!
