  1. We did file a claim with the credit card company. They were very understanding. We have waited long enough. The industry will look very different when they are finally up and running. It is a shame that this happened. They were doing so well and we were having such a good time
  2. We got this e mail this is too little too late. I do not know how anyone will travel with them again. You need to keep past customers happy not use them as your bank.
  3. We have not received a refund ...more than 100 days. Considering going back to our credit card company and disputing the charge.
  4. We have not had our money refunded from Crystal for our early April cruise. Just received notice fro them that they are sorry to be behind. This is ridiculous. They are using us to finance themselves during these times. I will never travel with them again.
