We have been waiting more than 180 days for a refund of our deposit for a cruise on Crystal. They keep giving us the same answer. "It will come." Is anyone else in this situation? Any suggestions?

No refund yet. Ours is for the deposit of $3800. Disgraceful. Very frustrating. We call and have our travel agent call every month. We had a deposit on Norwegian airlines, and they are supposedly in trouble, but sent it back very quickly. If anyone has any sugggestions I truly appreciate it.

We will be in Edinburgh on the Crystal Symphony in August. The ship excursions are not out yet and the tickets to go on our own to the Military Tattoo are opening soon. If anyone has experience with going through the ship vs going on your own we would appreciate your input. Approximately how much was it either way? How did you get there if you went on your own? We are just not sure if we should wait till the excursions open or book it on our own. Thank you.

I saw your information on a different link and since you are so knowledgeable about Edinburgh I hope you don't mind answering a few questions. We will be docking in S Queensferry Monday August 10 on the Crystal Symphony. We plan to go to the Military Tatoo that night. Are we better off going into town and touring all day and getting tickets in advance on our own, or touring in the morning and going back to the ship to go with them as an excursion. Is it generally freezing cold there to watch the show at night? Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

Someone posted a review and said that on the Edge the first trivia game is free and after that it is $10 for each trivia game. Does anyone know if this is true? Thank you.
