We will be at Naples in early May. I want to be respectful of the culture, but it seems that it will be rather warm at that time of year. Would longer, almost knee length shots be okay?

Can someone recommend a post cruise hotel in Rome? My dad and will spend 2 nights in Rome after we disembark from our HAL cruise to the Greek islands in May. We want something not too expensive and not too far from the major attractions. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks,
