Makes you wonder why more info is not transferred to app if we are all supposed to use it

I can't see a travel summary so have nothing on the new app to show my paid transfer. We are 88 days out, does this come out later?

I am hoping someone can report back on this threat what actually happens at the port if you have not filled in shoreside details. I am not worried about being in blue line as I can't get medallion shipped here, but am worried about post 523 which said that deleting credit card details for shoreside then somehow lost the link between the two shipboard accounts and failed to apply partners OBC to posters account. I would not want the hassle of worrying about this and it hard to see how shoreside account can affect shipside accounts. I can't see how this can happen but would really like feedback from someone who has had this happen (or not)

Yes, we have the same problem. I deleted my shoreside credit card details and I am now 6/7 though my husband is still showing as complete. When he logs in it is the reverse, he is 6/7 and I am ready to sail. Anyone know how to remedy this?

Hmm, still mulling over the unlikelyhood of having any OBC left over 🙂

Actually it was my cruise planner who I asked in email about this and he said he didn't know - now THAT is useless.

I was sent an email re the cruise with a link to "book transfers" and when I went into it to took me to a section of Personalizer with flight info, but nothing on transfers. So where else could it be?

Cruise ends in Brisbane so only need to worry about transfer from ship. I thought of taxis of course but figured 3500 people looking for taxi at same time might be interesting! Only problem I can see with booking with Connexion is the need to specify a time, and we won't know till onboard what time we will be disembarking

Do you know if you can book a Princess transfer on the ship? It is not available for me to book online and my cruise planner weirdly does not know.

I don't see much in the way of public transport and am looking for info on Princess transfers - my Personalizer does not give option to book a transfer of any kind or indeed whether it exists, and my Princess cruise planner does not know (!). I don't want to waste time at this early stage in queuing to call them - can anyone advise if transfers to CBD and/or airport are likely to be available on the cruise itself? Our flight is not till evening but figure best option might be a transfer to airport early in morning and then train back to CBD (can drop bags off at airport). Any ideas welcome.

What is the best way to get from new Brisbane cruise terminal to either the CBD or domestic airport? I am with Princess and can't any info as to whether they do transfers themselves and if they can be booked onboard. I don't see much in the way of public transport options.
