  1. If you took the FCC, it doesn’t matter what credit card you used for the original cruise - you can’t get a refund, you can only get FCC. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  2. You won’t be able to get a cash refund. But NCL is now allowing people to sell/transfer their FCC to someone else - one time. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  3. No, it’s still 120 days. (Which is about 4 months). Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  4. NCL changed the final payment due date from 90 days to 120 days in the spring of 2018. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  5. Nope! I’ve done it a few times...of course, always changed the names before final payment due date and they’ve never actually been on a ship. They’ve never received anything from NCL. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  6. NCL doesn’t charge a fee for name changes. I’ve used my dogs’ name before to hold a spot...and changed it later. You are better off putting in a name (any name), so you don’t have the risk of having space in your cabin but the lifeboat capacity is full. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  7. I called NCL yesterday about my January 2021 and January 2022 cruises. The total cost of my 2021 cruise went down $93 plus I got $200 OBC (I lost one specialty dining, but we were going to try the American Diner...and the OBC will more than cover that, especially if we just get a couple appetizers). The total cost of my 2022 cruise was exactly the same, but now I have $200 OBC.
  8. All of the direct deposits are going out now, and not in order of income. When they start issuing paper check, they will process the lower income ones first.
  9. Alaska does not have a sales tax, we were only charged a sales tax while in the state of Washington’s waters (near Seattle and on our way to Victoria). Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  10. I would call back. The inside cabin should be able to upgrade to a balcony (but it might not be near the other two balconies, it depends on what is available). Otherwise, they often offer 25% of the price drop as OBC. Just remember, after final payment due date they don’t have to do anything. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  11. They browse the internet at very slow speed. Think back to “dial up” days.
  12. The 30% off “sale” started around Thanksgiving....a few days after they raised their prices about 30%.
  13. Final payment due date used to be 90 days (3 months) before sailing. In the spring of 2018, they changed it to 120 day’s before sailing (4 months).
