  1. Hello Everyone I was looking at the restaurants and saw that they have the Teppanyaki. We would like to purchase this for several nights, but I don't see an option under the dining tab for this restaurant. They have the 3 night package (Eataly, Sushi Bar, and Butchers Cut) How do you purchase just the teppanyaki restaurant? Thanks
  2. Sailing on this ship on January 19th. The wording on this is a bit different. Does this include Alcohol? It states it includes non-alcoholic beer. It's $99 per day so I would assume so, but just wanted clarification. If not, it's no different than the $7.95 per day soda package. They put this out today. Hawaii Beverage Package is applicable to Pride of America sailings only. Applicable to guests 1-2 on the reservation. Eligible guests are entitled to two beverages per person per transaction. Includes a variety of beverages up to $15 USD retail price. Anything consumed above the promotional benefit will be the responsibility of the guest at prevailing rates. Also includes fountain soda, freshly squeezed juice, bottled water (flat and sparkling), non-alcoholic beer, and specialty coffee (specialty coffee inclusion shall be limited to dining rooms only). Does not include: specialty coffee outside of the restaurants, room service, mini bar purchases, or vending machines. Guest is responsible for 20% gratuities on the retail value of the Hawaii Beverage Package ($19.80 USD per person per day) prior to cruise. Retail value of Hawaii Beverage Package is $99.00 USD per person per day. Package price is subject to change. The purchase of any alcoholic drinks within the Hawaii Beverage Package may, in certain individual circumstances, be restricted in accordance with Hawaii’s Intoxicating Liquor Law and applicable local rules and regulations. No substitute for package if guest cannot consume all beverages included.
  3. Do they offer a specialty dining package?
  4. I see there is no all inclusive drink package. Is there a specialty dining package available? On their website it seems to only let me book each restaurant individually. Thanks!
  5. So YC includes the room service pizza at no extra cost??? Even better!
  6. Hello: My wife and I leave for our first MSC cruise in less than two weeks. We are RCCL cruisers, and were curious about the speciality dining. We eat at Chops Grille almost every night. Is there something similar on Fantasia? I see the steakhouse experience for $21 per person. Do they offer any seafood? Wife doesn't eat steak. We are yacht club, so are drinks included in this price or our yacht club price? Thanks
  7. Hello: My wife and I are coming to this port. We've been lucky enough to be in Rome 3 times the past year. Is there anything else to do at this port? We'd like to stay away from Rome this trip. Any good wine tours or smaller towns along the way?

What are the gratuities for MSC Yacht Club on a 7 day European Cruise? Thanks!
  9. Hello Everyone: MSC gave my wife and I a $100 credit each with the status match. RCCL would allow you to use this credit to pay for excursions, speciality restaurants, etc. Does MSC allow this? I've checked around on the website but don't see any way to pay using the credit? Should I just wait until i get onboard? Thanks
  10. I gave up emailing them.....they never responded. Used their facebook page and got it done in about a week.
  11. I used Google Chrome as my browser. I logged into RCCL and took a picture of the homepage where it says your name and C&A status. Saved that as a small jpeg, and it went through. Honestly, using facebook was much easier. I just sent the same picture through a direct message on their page and it took about a week, but they came through for me. Gave my wife and I both Black Cards, and $100usd on board credit each.
  12. Finally got this resolved. My wife and I are both Black Card holders on MSC. We were both Diamond Members on RCCL. They also gave us each $100usd onboard credit due to the fact that we had already paid our cruise cost in total. Is there a way to use the onboard credit to book an excursion, or do you have to wait until you get on board? I will say it took about a week on their Facebook page, but they responded to every message and got it done. I've not had any replies from their email accounts that we've tried to contact them through.
  13. I've had a time with MSC trying to get our status match. There website is never working. We've emailed, contacted facebook, and filled out the forms on the website a few weeks ago when it was working. Is there an easier way to get matching Diamond status from RCCL to MSC? Should I call? Thanks Dustin
  14. Hello Everyone: My wife and I booked our cruise with MSC for September of this year. We've emailed, talked to MSC on facebook, and submitted the status match forms through the website several weeks ago and still haven't seen anything. Is this the case for everyone? Or is there a better way to do this? We are Diamond members on RCCL. Thanks Dustin
