  1. I believe all fans of Crystal Cruise lines would appreciate If the organization would “step up” their communication with individual customers. Why not send notices directly to those who’ve cruised with them explaining the reason why deposits and other forms of payment are delayed? Explain the financial difficulties their experiencing. They certainly communicate well when selling/promoting future cruises and I can’t understand why they hide when the company is in crisis mode. Their leadership has failed and in the end will suffer because of an inability to communicate when times are tough, it’s
