  1. I have used the following adaptor for many years. Since it has 2 inputs, I don't lose the bedside light when I connect the CPAP. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004SY5O5K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
  2. Did you book Flexible Fare or Restricted Fare?
  3. I'm not an expert on electrical connections, but was under the impression that the issue on ships was with surge-protected devices -- not grounded devices. Also, the device only has 2 prongs. I thought that to ground something you needed the third prong. Again, I'm just a novice in this area.
  4. I use the following adapter in the outlet behind the bed. Since it has 2 inputs, I can get power to both my CPAP and the bedside light. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004SY5O5K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
  5. I can currently sign in and view my booking. But, I cannot book E-ZAir. If I view the cruise that I’m interested in – not my booking, but as if I was interested in the cruise – I can see what flights are available and the cost for those flights. When I return to my booking on the Princess website and try to make an E-ZAir booking, a new screen opens and then nothing happens.
  6. I use one like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004SY5O5K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 Since it has 2 inputs, I don't lose use of the bedside light.
  7. Good information. Thank you. But, It's sure taking a long time to process. The email was sent on Monday. Today is Friday. Yes, I know that there was a holiday this week, but I thought that computers were supposed to be fast. Also, if we have to make a decision by 12/15 I'd like to officially be notified of my options -- not read about them second-hand on Cruise Critic. Although, I must admit that I do appreciate the heads-up that these Cruise Critic postings have provided. Thank you, Cruise Critic and all who take the time to post.
  8. Is this cruise really cancelled? I did receive the email from Princess saying that it was cancelled. I never did receive the official notice that was posted, above, by Cruise Wonderland. When I go to my cruise personalizer on the Princess website, it is still shown as an upcoming cruise. And, it still shows all of my information (i.e., cabin, dining selection, onboard services, payments, credits, travel summary, etc.). Again, I ask, is this cruise really cancelled???????
  9. This does not appear to be routine maintenance. Rather, it appears to be a feature update. In any case, issues such as these should be caught and, and fixed, during a QA process. It’s bad enough when untested maintenance updates are placed into production systems, but implementing feature updates in this manner is very unprofessional. Of course, we, the consumer public, have gotten so accustomed to this type of thing happening that we just assume that that’s the way it’s done.
  10. I’ve used the following adapter in the outlet behind the bed on many Princess cruises. What I like about it is that I can plug in my CPAP (without using an extension cord), and there is also a place to plug in the bedside table light. I get both with this adapter. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004SY5O5K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
  11. Can a bottle wine that was purchased in the main dining room (but not fully consumed) be retrieved and used in one of the specialty restaurants? How about the other way (i.e., purchased in a specialty restaurant and then retrieved in the main dining room)?
  12. FCCs are based on cruise length. Here's a copy of the FCD form that shows the various FCC amounts.
  13. I just sent my fax request this morning for our Nov 2019 cruise. I was surprised when I logged in to the Princess site about 15 minutes later and saw that it was already credited to my account. And, even more surprising was the fact that it was also credited to my account for my Feb 2020 cruise. Way to go Princess.
