  1. Anyone have pics/info about the Aurea Sun Deck on the Armonia? TIA 😉
  2. Ships crew, even Guest Services, knew nothing about the program... I received nothing for the $99 purchase. I spoke w/ GS who couldn't help as it was purchased before the cruise- and I spoke w/ a Nicki in guest relations after the cruise that couldn't assist me either! I waste more than a $100 a week on land, so it wasn't a big deal. Once terminal employees & ships crew have been trained properly on the program, I believe it will be a wonderful program.
  3. Hector, Jason... and another gentleman, but I don't remember his name.
  4. I'm looking at a January sailing, so all the good cabins are gone 😞 There are a few by the forward 'secret decks', they look like my best option. TY for the recommendation!
  5. Afternoon all I found a delightful itinerary on Empress, but worry about the small OV cabins (we're accustomed to at least a balcony- but we are priced out of the suites on this sailing) w/ those pesky upper pullman boxes. We prefer small ships, so we aren't worried about the ship size... but want to hear from the Empress regulars! Any highlights or lowlights we should know about the ship? Thanks a bunch!
  6. We were the first people in the terminal, and received group 1- I had purchased the Priority Access, but the employees weren't aware of the new program, so we were told to sit and wait for group 1 to be called (we should have boarded after Haven & upper tier guests). We scored the passes just in the nick of time- the couple behind us got the last two.
  7. Back from our cruise on the Breakaway... our stateroom steward and Vibe were the highlight of the ship! IMO, Vibe was well worth the cost.
  8. We just returned... Smuggler's Cove was fabulous! Great snorkeling & not crowded one bit!
  9. LoL, one of the reasons this stateroom no longer interests me! We like the front facing view, but prefer a tall glass barrier- or no balcony at all, as we've enjoyed on the Carnival Paradise.
  10. Finally booked! Found an interesting cabin...but it's an OV, and we're used to balconies or suites While not private, there is a 'secret deck' for quick access to the outside- and I like all the space/storage. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky and upgrade to an Aurea Balcony Suite if the price comes down a bit. My booking says it's category O3, Aurea OV (I've also seen it called a Family Suite)- there are two on the ship, 9003/9006.
  11. Thank you for the responses. I was able to have someone onboard take pictures of the balcony space, so I thought I would share for others that may be interested.
  12. Thank you, the video was extremely helpful!
  13. Thank you, I noticed the itineraries were released yesterday morning. I'm in the process of booking, but finding a TA w/ group space has been harder than I thought! Wondering if pricing will come down Pricing for other lines in Tampa has always been steady, which surprised me- I know we have a large retirement community here in Tampa and surrounding areas, so my guess is it will sell fast once the word gets out.
