We leave in 9 days. Two days ago got email to live bid on specific type of haven room. Not the normal bidding process. Haven is sold out. can anyone explain this or ever win one?

Looking at 3/24 viva schedule bs what port schedules. What is normally correct? ncl say viva will be at st Martin 3/12 and I believe at Martin port says 3/14
