  1. Besides my favorite water bottle I also bring my large commuter coffee cup. The cups the ship uses are small and not as easy to wander around the ship with since they do not have lids.
  2. It depends on the type of excursion. For beaches we take a water wallet with ship cards, ids, credit card, and cash. Plus a beach bag for towels, sunscreen, snorkel masks, bottles of water. My husband has the camera. For other warm weather excursions we leave the beach bag behind. I tuck the water wallet into my top and carry a water bottle. For cold weather excursions I bring a small cross body bag with all the things I carry in the water wallet. I bring a water bottle too.
  3. The refuge uses Bonfire custom tees. I am not sure about prices etc. I do know the tees and sweatshirts are really good quality, very comfortable and last a long time.
  4. She is already getting bigger. She was very thin and hungry when she showed up so maybe that is why she looks small for her age, plus the tapeworms. She is starting to play now so feeling stronger.
  5. Kelly had her wellness check today. She is approximately 6 months old. If she is pregnant it is super early (the Dr. didn't feel anything). She is healthy except for tapeworms which were taken care of at the appointment. She is up to date on all her shots now and set up for a spay next Thursday. No microchip was found.
  6. 7 pairs total (pack 6) Tennis shoes - wear to board Daytime sandals Water sandals - for the pool or beach Water shoes - for the beach 3 pairs of evening sandals
  7. The worst sensation is when you realize the dining room has run out of your favorite rolls.
  8. I didn't see that many on.my last cruise. Maybe a handful. I know I will never wear a mask again
  9. They are not impressed. Some hissing, a couple of swats but mostly ignoring her. I think once she gets some food and gets stronger babe will start to play with them. Right now she mostly wants to cuddle with me.
  10. I am glad that you are physically ok but so sad about all the rest. I wish it could change tomorrow for you. Sending thoughts, prayers and hugs.
  11. It does get colder here but spring and fall are lovely times to visit. It takes awhile in the spring for the gulf to warm up.
  12. If you are ever in the Panhandle visit Pensacola. There is Fort Pickens, Pensacola Beach, downtown Pensacola, Fort Barrancas and the naval air museum located within NAS Pensacola. Close by is the Blackwater River park system and Navarre Beach. Big fun!
  13. Meet Kelly (as in Clarkson). She showed up on the back porch, starving yesterday morning. I will call the vet tomorrow morning and get her in for a complete check up asap.
  14. I think we had a letter like that for our trip last March. We just showed up at 10:30 and got right on. I don't remember what my check in time was since with the key I knew I could arrive early.
  15. We have learned to notice every cough we hear and to watch others very closely to analyze their actions.
  16. I do the same things I do at home. Wash my hands often and drink lots of water. Then I go places, mingle with crowds, and enjoy life.
  17. I am short too. If my husband who is tall is not around I have a tall step stool too. I keep my fancy serving bowls in mine. Used for special occasions.
  18. It is starting to look like a kitchen again. Just a little more crown molding, cabinet staining and counter tops. Then I need to scrub every surface in the house. Lol
  19. Yes. We like to drop our luggage off, have a lovely quiet lunch, internet for two, have a quiet leisurely last day breakfast. I also like to know we can get on the ship early without getting up at midnight to secure an early time. It is worth it to us.
