  1. Booked the Mardi Gras for December 5, 2020. Anyone joining us?
  2. Your comment is very passive aggressive and much ruder than my original remark. I'm trying to understand what compelled you to reply to a post that's over 6 months old. You feeling really bored today or what? You have a great day, keep smiling.
  3. Have you cruised from there recently? They have made changes, you now go through immigration and then get your luggage. Or at least that's how it was our last cruise in April. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  4. Big parking garage right across the street from the port. Drop you bags and walk over. Or just park and walk your bags, short walk. Or pay $20 and use valet, we just don't think it's worth paying $35+ more vs. just parking in the garage. YMMV Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  5. Not sure how you came to that conclusion. People regularly use "upgrade" instead of "upsell". But let's wait for OP to weigh in. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  6. Yes, I know, but was price you paid now for upsell + price your paid for the interior cabin less if you would have just paid for Oceanview originally? Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  7. Was it any less expensive than if you just booked ocean view originally? Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  8. Rude, how so? But as someone who has "been on many" do you think you'd find it "fun" to have every group introduced? There should be plenty of fun to be found that and isn't "hey, acknowledge me". As someone who's traveled with other large groups, don't force the newbies into having fun, let them experience things on their own. I recall our first cruise not knowing what to do and having a new experience was half the fun. [emoji41] Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  9. Yep, very valid point. My wife and I will be traveling with another couple and are a "small group".... can we get announced too? SMH. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  10. First, use a pack cube. Then bring Downey Wrinkle Release, works great. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  11. Never understood why people would want to do this as only those in the group would have an interest, and they know they are there. [emoji3] Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  12. OBC is On Board Credit, you have to wait until you are On Board. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  13. Could be later if there is problem/delay with clearing customs. I've seen boarding start as late as Noon. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  14. Carnival will look at forecast and may change your itinerary, or they may not. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
  15. Never say never... If Super Saver is more than $50/pp savings then it is still better book with the SS rate. If you don't cancel or make change of date then you really come out ahead, but still ahead if you do need to make any change. In 20 cruises, and most booked over a year in advance we've never had to make a change. We've probably saved enough with SS rate to pay for a cruise.... [emoji568] Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
