  1. This Looks Fabulous! I'm so glad you could figure out the recipe! We bought the Princess Cookbook a few years back - kind of an expensive splurge - but we were on vacation! We love the cookbook! When my husband showed me the picture - I thought it was from the cruise!

Hello- I looked in our Princess Cookbook -- the sauce for the Shrimp Danielle - Cafe De Paris Butter -- 3/4 cup butter 1 T shallots 1 clove garlic minced 1 T parsley, chopped 1 tsp mustard 1 egg yolk 1 dash Worcestshire Sauce 1/4 Burgundy Wine salt & pepper Hope this helps!   3. We have sailed on the Royal Princess exclusively in the last 5 years in the Caribbean - the Outrigger Bar is open at 6:00 am everyday! Enjoy your cruise!
