  1. The remaining cruises on the three ships in March are now cancelled. https://go.pardot.com/webmail/162131/750085010/e705419c1d85200e91b86a61e259760b2ba893e672fe59e899877680932d5247
  2. My vote also and I agree they should have built a couple more!
  3. Here are the drone policies for the major lines. No go for Princess, which is a bit surprising to me since Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Carnival do allow them on board, but with many restrictions. https://transcendfpv.com/are-drones-allowed-on-cruise-ships/
  4. The Hyatt House has the two room suites, not the Hyatt Place. Homewood Suites also has two room/two bath suites but they are I believed listed as handicapped rooms.
  5. I was not aware of new procedures being published for North American departures. Are you referring to the procedures being used on the few sailings in Europe and the future sailings to nowhere from Singapore?
  6. Just cancelled our family Christmas sailing 12/20 on the Caribbean Princess. If someone wants covered mini's on Deck 8 there are quite a few now available!
  7. I am looking at a November 2022 Med cruise from Athens. The fare is about $800 which if for two is not bad. I am calling to see if Premium Economy (the real type on most international airlines) or Business is available. This is assuming this sailing even happens😲
  8. Thanks for the great responses. I am a bit surprised it is not being implemented since the Mardi Gras is a new ship and I would assume the wifi/internet capability is pretty robust given the size of the ship. I was a bit hesitant with the Medallion last year when sailing on the Caribbean Princess but it worked out great. Chris
  9. Hello- Any idea if the Mardi Gras will have a “medallion” type system similar to the one used on many of the Princess ships? Thanks, Chris
  10. I would expect the first few months of sailing from North American ports will be similar to this Costa experience which is being implemented now on their Italian cruises. It will be interesting to see if it works and if it accepted by cruisers around the world. https://www.cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/23627-what-it-s-like-to-cruise-with-costa-during-the-pandemic.html
  11. 20+ members of my family are booked on the 20 December Caribbean Princess Christmas sailing. This would be our fifth Princess Christmas cruise but we are cancelling. With no information on ports, the actual onboard changes and having family members from 2 years old to 85 scheduled to sail the thought of paying $45,000 is crazy.
  12. So similar in size to the Carib Deck balcony’s on the Grand Class Ships?
  13. If these guidelines are incorporated HAL might be able to start with one ship, from Ft. Lauderdale to Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk, Amber Cove and possibly Mahogany Bay, Roatan.
  14. Nothing really new here. Most likely the same or similar protocols for NCL, Celebrity, RCL & Azamara?
