The $200 limit is usually applied if no credit card is on file.

This is the way to do it. Take funds through a slot, print the slip and then cash it...

I'm probably down $10 to 15k this year. But I've been on 12 comped cruises so far in 2024, and have 10 booked out to next may. It's a mix of 7, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 18 days (two are repositioning transatlantic and transpacific). All are balcony or jnr suite, but I do get a Grand Suite annual benefit that itself can run a good chunk of change. Most also have/had freeplay between $500 and $1000 dollars. I'm Masters (the silliest title ever) and my wife is prime. We get free Wifi and priority things like pinnacles do. We'll both turn pinnacle this year because all comped cruises count towards C and A. Have I made money - no, but I choose to gamble and can afford losses. But I choose to cruise through our retirement, and I can tell you the costs of our cruising would far exceed my casino loses, so I'm happy to "play to cruise" and enjoy the perks and reduced costs for cruises I want to take and can afford . Now that we'll be getting the same perks at pinnacle, I'll slow (but not cease) my gambling, but the cruise benefits still outweigh the costs of paying for all of them out of pocket. And every so often I get a big win that makes it even more fun, but I play for the benefits, not to make money. It's not for everyone, but it works for us...

Next Cruise question
watcher_62 replied to The Scurvy Pirate's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Looks like you can, because it refers to making reservations for friends and family... "A maximum of three (3) NextCruise Bookings of up to three (3) staterooms each, can be made per person while onboard each Royal Caribbean International cruise for yourself, your friends or family. Only one onboard credit or dollars off promotion shall be awarded for each qualifying NextCruise Booking. Back-to-back consecutive cruises will be treated as one cruise when determining the number of NextCruise bookings a person is permitted to make. NextCruise cannot be used for Travel Agent resale. You must be 21 years of age or older and sailing on a Royal Caribbean International cruise or participating in an authorized day visit onboard a Royal Caribbean International ship, at the time of booking in order to take advantage of our NextCruise program. At least one person named at the time when a confirmed NextCruise Booking was created onboard must sail under that booking or it will be treated as having been cancelled. For a NextCruise Booking initially made as an Open Booking, at least one person named at the time when a specific ship and sail date were selected must sail under that booking or it will be treated as having been cancelled." https://www.royalcaribbean.com/content/dam/royal/resources/pdf/next-cruise-booking-terms-and-conditions.pdf -
Rock and Romance, 80s Cruise, and my other 2024 music adventures

Does anyone know if casino royale status is recognized on the 80's cruise? -
Ship - Brilliance of the Seas deck - 7 Stateroom # - 7634 Stateroom Category – Balcony Starboard or Port Side - Starboard Standard Balcony with obstructed view (lifeboats are below balcony). Very noisy location as it (and the others surrounding it on that side) is located directly above the schooner bar, so you hear games and musicians throughout the day and well into the evening, as the piano doesn't stop until midnight. Storage and cabinets are standard, room is in good condition overall, but I would not recommend it due to noise. We had side by side - 7634 and 7636 - and both were bad (that's the last time we use that TA).

Awesome - thank you!

The info I am looking for isn't connected to my current offers. The offers in my online have their own sailings, specific to each. I'm looking for the spreadsheet that lists all sailing offered for certificate point levels earned on a July sailing.

Does anyone know if Casino Royale offers (the QR scanning codes) are available online? Looking to see the offers for July...Thanks in advance.

You can only book 1 cabin under your name per sailing, using one offer. The only time you can "stack" an offer is if your cabin mate/spouse also has an offer for the same sailing. You can use the value of that second offer in their name towards upgrading the shared cabin. If you and your spouse/partner have offers for the same sailing, you can both book cabins on the same sailing under your own names with your children sharing, then combine keys etc, but only when the two of you have your own offers. You will likely (if you play regularly) receive many "overlapping" offers - certificates that list the same sailings. Unfortunately you can only choose one offer under each name to use.

Yes, avoid the casino at night as it gets very congested, especially when the show lets out. The layout is very poor, and many areas aren't accessible due to the tight and irregular machine placement and bodies playing. In many sections you even have a difficult time walking through or sitting at a machine if someone is playing the one across from each other/you.There are machines nearer the Schooner bar that are more easily accessed (but that bar as has been mentioned can be a challenge at times as well). Best to time your playing times "off cycle".

My wife and I have booked a cabin each on an upcoming sailing and are bringing another couple. We will swap keys through guest services once onboard, which we have done before with no issue. The couple we are bringing this time wish to purchase a beverage package (we are d+ so no need for us). We are hoping that someone reading this may have done this "swap" and purchase before. Can't see why they wouldn't want to sell a beverage package to our friends once they are in the same cabin. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance.

1) yes they will get back to you, however you’re better off calling them. They’re very helpful. 1-888-561-2234 2) if you choose to book a cruise and room that doesn’t have an interior that matches your offer, you can use the $500 towards that booking. 3) you can call and ask to upgrade from an interior and they will tell you the current upgrade cost. It changes based on promotions that are active at the time. 4) call and talk to the reps, they’ve very helpful and can answer your questions….

All the shuttles we have used we requested when we booked thru A2S. You need to call them and add it to the booking. Alternatively you can wait until you are onboard and book it thru guest services.

Casino free cruises with friends
watcher_62 replied to Casino4me's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Hi - yes, once onboard you can go to guest services and request the cabin key swap. You need to be sure your guests are on the same credit card/account and you and your husband are on the same one. They will match the keys to the same onboard charge account. -
Haiti conditions

Made it back alive from Columbus cove. All normal other than no boat excursions. Dancers, acrobats and musicians playing as usual. -
Why is RC still going to Labadee?
watcher_62 replied to Old and Wise's topic in Royal Caribbean International
We made it back alive from Columbus cove. Some overly aggressive yellow shirt vendors almost we head to head with security over a wooden sword, but other than that all was normal. -

Turns out the announcement was to advise the excursions were cancelled and if anyone was worried they could stay onboard. My mistake. -

On the Adventure docked at Labadee. Gangways are open. The captain just announced that the issues are 130 miles away in port au prince, that only staff and suppliers are allowed access to the area, and if we want to stay onboard that’s ok too… So Labadee is fully operational today. -
