chocolates on Oceana.

If you like old trams there are 3 funicular trams in the town and a esculater tower to go up.
The Bica funicular takes you to a viewing area with great views across the city.
Enjoy

Agree with Gilpet, Oceana is a nice ship and the food is o.k. The restaurant in the atrium is called Cafe Jardin and you can have breakfast and lunch at no extra charge up until the evening service when there is a £5 charge.

The shows usually start at 8.30 and 10.30 pm. The 2nd show is a repeat of the first show for late diners. There is normally a song/dance resident group called Headliners 2 or 3 times during a 12 day cruise, and then a comedian one or 2 nights and a singer or singers several times during the cruise. The acts can vary from being very good to average, we have seen some very funny comedians on Arcadia, the Headliners usually do songs from shows or songs from famous groups,we think they are a bit old fashioned, depends what you like. The Palladium theatre on Arcadia is very nice but would advise you to get there at least 25 mins before the start to guarantee a seat.

Went on Oceana for 26 days in Nov/Dec and had a lovely cruise. The atrium is stunning and although there is a bit of rust on the outside it did not bother us. The cabin staff were great and most of the food good. The best acts were put in Starlights which has a bad seating arrangement, every other row of seats is too low!
Would go on her again not half as bad as reviews would suggest.
Hope of some help.

There is usually 4 to 6 tubs of milk on Arcadia, you can always ask for more or just get some from the buffet.

We use the labels that come in the cruise itinerary brochure about a month before your cruise, we just loop them through the luggage handles and find them strong enough.

The English lady is correct,we did a back to back on Oceana Nov/Dec and had to use our credit up on the first cruise.Just to also let you know you do not have to do the emergency drill on the second cruise. Enjoy
