  1. I am still waiting for a refund for 2 shore excursion. I have been waiting for 110 days (may 22nd) . I have contacted Royal Caribbean many times by phone and they don't seem to care (for example every time I call them they say something different. e.g 2 weeks ... then next time 4 weeks). however, I have contacted them using Facebook chat and they are a lot more helpful so I am hoping I will get my refund soon.

  3. Yes I have and customer service refused(because they are unable to contact management...?), the only action they will do is raise another refund request.
  4. I am running out of ideas on how to get my money back for 2 cancelled shore excursions that I cancelled on 22nd of May😞. I have called Royal Caribbean three time but I am getting nowhere. Start of July I called Royal Caribbean : Customer service said, "The refund failed we will process the refund again should be in your account within 7 working days". ... 7 days later no refund. so, I call them up again.   5. I have a similar question. The cruise I was going on is cancelled but does this mean I still need to pay the final balance in the next 4 days (final balance date is 04/07/2020)?
