  1. Hi Jan, Just wanted to throw in some fiber suggestions. Chia seeds have 4 grams in a Tbsp, only 60 calories. You could add 2 servings to smoothies to boost intake by 8 grams a day. I also make guacamole almost every night with half of an avocado. Another 5 grams. Also healthy fats!
