    Yes. Have one card that we use only for travel. Another advantage is it also provides us with airline miles. In Sept we flew to Seattle using miles and then went on Ovation to Alaska.

    Agree. Really hope someday tips are just included in the cruise price. We always pay with final payment. One less item to worry over. GO COUGS...

    I would say 12:00 pm. We were on that same ship in September, also out of Seattle. Our flight was at 1:30 pm. Made it no problem.

    Great review. We have Adventure booked for Feb 11, 2023. It will be our first time on this ship.

    My wife ordered steak and then added the lobster. Charged for the lobster. she said it was well worth the up charge. We sailed on the Ovation in September 2022.

    On Ovation last month we had the waiter order for us. Best service and food we had all week.

    Have Feb 11 - 16 booked on Adventure out of Galveston. Surprise cruise to wife for Valentines.

    Might be hit or miss. Ovation in September asked for us to show boarding time assigned. Making others wait if they were early.

    Agree with you. We have 3 night package on the Ovation next week.

    Always enjoy reading your reviews and thoughts. Have a Great Trip. I grew up in Tacoma, just south of Seattle. We are sailing on the Ovation next month. Can't wait.

    No reason to offer double points unless bookings drop way off. Then I think it would be only on specific sailings. Far easier to simply drop cruise price.

    Knowing my wife. Yes. Up to me I would give it away or leave in cabin.

    Agree. Wife wanted a Bear Blanket. Will be delivered to stateroom. Better than trying to pack one and bring it on the plane. Think it was $ 25.00.

    \ We have the same math. Figured out after my Alaska cruise in August would be at 79 points, Took an 8 night cruise on Allure in May. Now have 73 points. Alaska cruise makes us Diamond.

    Better off saving the money. Like most posts have said, no real benefits until you reach Diamond. We did take Allure 8 day cruise in May to reach 73 points. Alaska in August will give us 7 more. Hitting the 80 point mark and Diamond.

    Airfare now plays a much larger part in planning a cruise. Tickets booked on Alaska Airlines for August from Kansas City to Seattle. Price was almost twice as much compared to last year. After Alaska cruise we have changed our plans to booking cruises out of Galveston. Easy drive. No worries about flight delays or paying for baggage.

    We always book a balcony cabin. Never use Royal Up. Pick the cabin we want and stay with it. Rather use funds for booking our next cruise. Room is secondary.

    We sailed on Liberty cruise that included Halloween. Decorations in most Public Spaces. Lots of costumes. Parade. Candy for the Kids. Great fun.

    Galveston. Sailings to Western Caribbean. Also President's Cruise 2023 from same port.
