  1. Thanks for the confirmation. We booked it for next summer.
  2. Our very first cruise was on the Divina... we loved it despite not even knowing about the YC. Next was Seaside YC and we swore we would never do less than that. We were on the Meraviglia in November and it was the best YC experience yet. We are wanting to go back to the Divina and try out YC and are leaning toward this squarish Grand Suite. My husband who cannot walk without assistance uses a mobility scooter and walker and we usually get HA suites. However, we had to use a non-HA on the Meraviglia and it worked well for him; there was enough room for him to get into the cabin and get his scooter parked out of the way in the cabin. The step up into the bathroom, while posing a little inconvenience, was doable. The gorgeous shower in the the Meraviglia worked very well for him too. Is it a tub/shower combination on the Divina? Any photos of it? Any other restrictions anyone can see in booking a Grand Suite? Thanks for the help!
  3. We used them last summer and they were TERRIFIC!
  4. There is a Best Western Aeropuerto with a shuttle to the airport. We used it last summer and it was fine. They had a great little restaurant as well
  5. We stayed at the Best Western. Convenient, well-priced and they have a shuttle.
  6. We booked our room 9 months in advance of our trip and (with the discounted rate) paid less than 400 Euros per night. However, that was an upgraded corner room with breakfast included. The property is right down the "street" from La Boqueria and a short walk to the Barcelona Cathedral in Barri Gotic. We only needed transportation to the port and to La Sagrada Familia; everything else was within walking distance. We feel that we got more than our money's worth and plan to return.
  7. We signed up on their website and got a discount code. I believe it was 30-35% off.
  8. We loved our stay at Hotel 1898 right on Las Ramblas.
  9. We stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel Alfa at the airport last month. It was very reasonably priced, is clean, has an airport shuttle and a decent restaurant.
  10. We LOVED Hotel 1898 right on Las Ramblas!
  11. We bought this one through Amazon for about $40 to use in our hotel before and after the cruise. Worked like a charm! We did not need it on the ship.
  12. Either taxi, or we were pleased with J&G Elegance Cars. You can Google them easily and they were prompt and good to work with.
