Yes, but you will be paying your cellular provider's "roaming" rate while connected to Cellular at Sea. There is a chat feature, via the app, that works without a Voom package.

Posted by @DragonOfTheSeas regarding last week's Anthem sailing. We always select My Time Dining for our cruises. I made reservations for dinner each night at 7pm when it opened. We can always change individual days if we need to. My reservations appear in my calendar on the app. However, when we got to the dining room at 7pm last night they told us we actually had a fixed dining seating at 6:30pm. Sure enough, that was listed at the bottom of the sea pass.

Fog horn was going off frequently on our Sept 2022 Arctic Crossing. Had a spacious OV under the bridge wing. Didn't bother me ... one of the advantages of being hearing impaired. 😄

Just an FYI - You were in Sea Class (JS), not Sky class. Some Tours, Top Tier, and Cheers with an Officer are C&A events, not suite related events.

Many moons ago (2002), I booked Inside GTY on B2B Celebrity Horizon cruises. I was assigned the same Ocean View cabin on both legs. 🙂 I should have bought a lottery ticket. 😱

Note that Anthem is leaving Cape Liberty on Apr. 28 and will be replaced by Odyssey on Nov. 17.

I will be staying in Rome in the fall pre-cruise and was thinking of driving to Pompeii (2.5 hours each way). So, I'd be interested in people's opinions.

I don't think they will open the channel if there is any known debris in the water. Unless they can anchor the debris, they will not want to risk the debris moving into the channel (too much risk).
