  1. Because the people in the cabins you are bidding on are bidding for a high cabin, themselves. So once they win one, the cabin you bid on will be open.
  2. We have done a B2B and until I told them before we sailed through the 800 number, they had no idea we were sailing back to back. So make sure they know you’re doing it. They have to check and make sure it’s kosher with the PVSA law. Also, remember, you don’t have to go right back on board. If you’re in a place you’ve never seen before, go ashore and treat it like another port day. There’s not much going on onboard so you might make more of your time exploring the port. I think you have to be back by 2. At least we did when we were in San Juan. Enjoy your trip! If you’re gonna do laundry, do it the morning everyone is getting off the first leg of the trip. You’ll have the machines all to yourself. Just make sure you tape a note to it letting the CMs know you’re on a B2B and will be back later to get it. :)
  3. We will be there at the end of May. Is there a better time of day to go? (first thing in the morning, last excursion available, etc).
  4. Hi, I posted this on the Alaska port page, but thought I might have some more luck speaking specifically to Princess Cruisers. There are two different excursions that are about the same and I wanted to get your opinion on which one was better. The first one is Skagway dog sledding & glacier flightseeing (SGY-840) and the other is Juneau dog sledding on the Mendenhall glacier. (JUN-845). Are either of these a better glacier experience? We have a couple of people in their late 60s/early 70s going, so that might be a factor, as well. Is there a better time of the day to do it? Thanks for all of your feedback!

    Dog Sledding

Hi Everyone. Happy Thanksgiving to all the Americans on the board. I have a question for those who have been on Princess in Alaska.
  6. No. But you do need tickets for them. So be on the lookout once your booking window opens. :)
  7. No. I posted this a week ago but no one responded. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  8. Thanks for your responses. It’s for the PC cruise on feb 2020. We will be on an ncl Bermuda cruise in May 2019 so I’m hoping I can apply it when I purchase it then. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  9. No one can answer this? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  10. Here’s one with plexiglass. You can see through it which makes it nice when you sit down and look out. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  11. Looks like it’s made out of the metal the rest of the boat is made from. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  12. It’s the same layout as the clear plexiglass except the plexiglass part is opaque and made of a different material. It’s not clear so you would have to look over the railing to see out. I’ll see if I can find a picture of it. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
  13. Does anyone know if I can use a cruise next certificate to help pay down a cruise I’ve already booked or does it have to go on a new reservation? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
