    Thanks for all the replies. It’s one of the Dubai 7 day trips next winter . Still getting my head around the MSC pricing structure 😅 Europa appears to have at least 7 different prices just for balconies !

    Hi All, I'm looking to book my first MSC cruise next year on Europa. Not too bothered about cabin location so a Fantastica Balcony will suffice. However I am tempted to upgrade to Aurea/junior suite for the anytime dining and private sundeck area . Is the private sundeck perk likely to be worth the extra ? Its currently around £300pp extra. Any advice much appreciated.

    I don't have missed port cover on my policy. IMO its just not worth the extra cost. I've only ever missed one port in 15+ cruises and even then I didn't think it was that big a deal.

    We stayed at the holiday inn ageas bowl last year . Its clean, modern , relatively cheap and only around 10-15mins from the Terminal. ideal if you just need somewhere to sleep.

    I've never understood why more haven't copied RCL's Royal Promenade concept. I love them and think they create a great atmosphere in the evening.
