I just updated to 1.1.2. My husband and I are still showing as new to Princess. We are elite. The medallion showing is white with blue seawitch. Our cruise is next week, do we need to call to get this fixed or can we do that upon boarding?

We will be on the Grand next month for 29 days. It will be our 14th Princess cruise but first time on the Grand. Could you tell how many usb connections there are in cabin? Are there any on the bedside lamps? TIA

We were on the Sky in November and the a la carte prices were honored. Hope this is not a new change as we only like to split a pizza, the Prix menu (app,main and dessert) is way too much food for us.

How far in advance can you reserve Specialty Dining? And is it better to reserve through website or app? We are not new to Holland but only did 1 cruise and that was a few years ago (no app then). We have reserved on Noordam for December 2024 to Singapore

If I understand right, if I don't fill out the survey in 3 days, the crew I mention will not be recognized? Most of our cruises are far away so we usually do some pro cruise and don't get home 3 or 4 days after our cruise. I take the time to fill out the survey mostly because of the crew, I don't believe there is much done about the rest and that is if they do read them. If this is true not much reason to bother with them.

Same here. I received a Summary for a cruise 6 months ago. No changes + I had already received the reimbursement cheque they owed for refundable OBC.

We are doing a Sydney to Vancouver cruise on Princess in April 2024. We are stopping for two days in Honolulu. This is because our stop to Lahaina was cancelled. It is our firs trans Pacific crossing we have done a trans Atlantic just this October and loved it, so really looking forward to this next cruise.
