  1. On our February cruise on the Dawn, I called and ordered a bar setup and received the same run around as you did. I kept calling and still never got an e-mail or a fax. Did not charge my cc until the day of the cruise. When we got to our cabin there was NO bar set up. We had to go to the front desk and tell our story. Finally they did arrive with our vodka.:p I am going to do this again for our Feb. cruise on the jewel. Hope it works as smoothly as it did for Shoreguy.:D
