We did this tour on Oasis and were unimpressed. Food was mediocre and the tour was basically of a closed kitchen. There was one chef cooking and he was so far from where we were shown that you couldnt even see what he was cooking.

Oasis in March had the cheese cart but it was not wheeled to our table. Our waiter served a plate to my son of items from the tray. I wasn't super impressed with the Lobster Thermidor. The lobster in Chops and the lobster in the MDR was better on this trip. They did a tenderloin for one for my son. Im attaching a pic of the Thermidor and the cheese plate that was served.
