  1. I think the experience would be akin to a TA, many days at sea. I took a 7 day RCI cruise on the Allure where I never left the ship. Had a blast. Also took the NS inaugural TA with 8 days at sea and was never bored. But you are correct that folks who are used to a traditional itinerary with only a few sea days might be disappointed, or get cabin fever 😉
  2. Photos from the ceremony. In situations where they were in close proximity they wore masks. As it should be Sent from my iPad using Forums

  5. How About Boston Bar Harbor Day at sea St. Pierre and Miquelon Day at Sea Portland Newport Boston
  6. I think there was talk of having dedicated Elevators for 4* and 5* and for President's Club having their own Humphrey Manlift :^)
  7. I would pose the a different question. As MSC, AIDA and COSTA are all restarting operations has there been any word on starting to call back some HAL crew to assist with the "de-Coviding" of the ships! To me that would be a positive sign that concrete steps are being taken to get ready for December.
  8. Rainbows and Dolly Varden/Arctic Char follow the runs Sent from my iPad using Forums
  9. That looks more like a Rainbow Trout. They follow the Salmon upstream looking for a free lunch. VERY fun to catch (and release)
  10. Depends on the area of the state and the species. Kings can run from May to July. Reds June-July, Pinks July (I think) Silvers July-August (some silvers in the Kenai river "trickle" run all winter) and not sure about dogs. This is just from Memory and can really vary by the area of the state. Was born and raised there but its been a few years since I moved to the "lower" 48. AK department of Fish and Game has a nice chart of Salmon and Trout organized geographically. Used to use this chart to plan my fishing trips 😉 https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=fishingSportFishingInforuntiming.main
  11. From the National Park Service "Nearly all sockeye salmon are done migrating into and through the Brooks River by the end of July, but they delay spawning until later in the year" https://www.nps.gov/katm/learn/photosmultimedia/sockeye-salmon-frequently-asked-questions.htm
  12. Whoa! I need new glasses. I thought you typed "competitive" Anatomy. Which caused a double take 😉
  13. They also had 10 crew test positive, that also might have factored in
  14. the Amsterdam is also leaving "Amsterdam and Rotterdam will move to another company in fall 2020"
