  1. I didn’t have to put in any code.. Just put in your VIFP number when you are pricing through Carnivals site
  2. Mine was refunded to original form of payment...
  3. We never received an email but my BIL did. Once I priced the eligible cruises and put in my VIFP number it gave me the perk as well.. However it’s barely even worth it because you will pay almost the same if you booked a discounted rate and and paid for the Cheers package .. was literally only about $100 cheaper with the Cheers perk for an 8 nt sailing on the Magic in December 2021
  4. It depends on the promo’s you received.. If they have the same exact promo’s you can get the lower price. If you find it cheaper but with different promo’s, I believe you would basically have to rebook but could lose ur reservation fee of like $30
  5. Cheers does not show in your booking details. It’s through the Funship Department. I confirmed mine was paid for but had to call the Funship Department to get confirmation. They said it will be on our account when we board on Saturday in NOLA on the Valor.
  6. I have never had a no show in Carnival but have on NCL and I believe they all work the same.. She will get back and taxes and gratuities paid as well as service fees and port charges. It took over a month but we ended up getting back everything but the original cruise fare.. what i I don’t know is how they will reimburse. Whether it will be a gift card or put back to the method you paid originally. On NCL they put all of it back on my CC. No promises that Carnival is the same but my bet is that it is the same.. Good Luck!!
