    Great to read an objective review from a non-Disney person. Just one small correction. Secret Garden is actually Enchanted Garden. Rumor is that when the ship goes into dry dock in October, i tmay be going through some changes. Not exactly clear on what those may be.

    I think those are fading out. The majority of the cruises I have been on, all activity was on FB groups specific to the cruise.

    The Westbound transatlantic this year leaves Southampton on October 20th I don't know how true that is. The adult areas on the Wish didn't compare to those on the previous ships. That was one of the chief complaints from experienced cruisers.

    Never had an issue asking for a glass of water in the adult clubs.

    I would do a Google search. There are sites that I don't believe can be mentioned here that have stateroom reviews.

    Those were not just wet towels they were handing out. They were sanitizing wipes.

    Yes, you can get water from the bars. I actually did this myself, while waiting to be escorted off the ship for the second part of our cruise. I need to take some pills and went to the Bon Voyage bar and asked for a glass of water.

    Yeah, the lines were long, but they were organized. Separate lines for each boarding time. We got to the pier at 10:30 for an 11:15 boarding time and were on board by noon.

    There are no tables for two (two tops), but you can request to dine alone at a 4-top. It's not guaranteed though. We did a B2B in November. The first cruise, we were seated with another couple. The second leg, we were seated alone.

    The Wish is currently doing 3 and 4-day cruises. The Fantasy is doing the longer cruises. I would go with the Fantasy. If you're an adult going without children, I would definitely choose the Fantasy, since IMHO, the adult areas are better.

    Well, it is good to plan, but we ended up having perfect weather both days. Thank you for all the input!

    There is still formal nights and semiformal nights on the longer cruises, they are just much less enforced than some cruise lines.

    Don't do that. there's no reason to punish yourself. Formal night has become much less formal over the years. Sure there are some guests who will still dress up, but many don't. why deprive yourself?

    It's a lot more lax now. Jacket no longer required and nice jeans allowed now.

    Thanks for that. As it stands, we're actually visiting the island twice, as we're doing a back to back. The second time, we are doing a tour that visits Fort Scar, Somerset Village, Heydon's Chapel and Hamilton. I just decided to change the tour to the first cruise and take our chances with the second cruise. But still would love suggestions if the weather does not cooperate.

    I wouldn't worry, unless they intend to leave the child out there unintended. The balcony door is heavy and the lock is high up, too high for a child to reach. They also have to turn the handle to open it.

    We're leaving on the Disney Dream for Bermuda on Tuesday and will be on the island on November 2nd. We were planning on going to Horseshoe Bay, but the early forecast is for possible rain. What are good ideas for a backup plan that will take us indoors out of the rain?

    Thanks for the review. We leave on the Dream on Tuesday for a B2B and while we're no strangers to DCL (this will be numbers 24 and 25 for us), your review just amped up the excitement. We love bingo and it's a great activity for the chillier days when it's too cold to swim (as I expect we might have a few of those).

    We sailed the Wish on a bump out and booked the same relative room on the Treasure. You'll like the bigger verandah.
