  1. I was just in Havana last week, the cruise terminal shop has a variety pack of 4 mini Havana club bottles. Worked out perfectly for souvenir gifts.
  2. We have a Bungalow booked for 2/1, I haven't received any notification that it's been cancelled yet and I really hope that I don't. That will mean I'll be spending hours on the phone complaining and trying to keep my blood pressure in check. This may not be an actual "bait and switch" situation but it's hard to argue that it isn't extremely poor customer service. I'm fairly new to cruising with RC but their customer service and website leave much to be desired, luckily we've had a great time on each cruise to make up for the hassles. (We've had issues with our reservation getting lost, misquoted prices on excursions from customer service and the website constantly has issues)
  3. It will be interesting to see how many bids are accepted and at what cost. At the price the minimum bid started for a junior suite on Empress of the Seas on January, I would find it hard to believe that someone would bid any higher.
  4. @Biker19 Haha, yes I did the math and I might've made out a little better than minimum wage.
  5. Ok, 1:40 minutes later someone answered! Thankfully, the rep was unusually good...she took care of a price adjustment quickly and efficiently along with booking my drink package. Good luck to everyone else looking to call in today, maybe take twangster's advice and call in later tonight.

  8. Trying to call now to book the drink package....1:20 minutes later still on hold. Obviously it's black friday but I was thinking it would be more of a 30 to 40 minute hold. Not sure how long I'm willing to wait for a 3 dollar a day discount that I've seen available many times in the last 2 months.
