  2. Just now made reservation for Bistro Dec 3, hoping to get automatically transferred to The Catch. Didnt realize there was a delay in opening. Any more info avail?
  3. Strangely, I just booked on a casino rate, paid in full, and do not find the option to buy/add Princess Plus anywhere.
  4. I cancelled my reservation to steakhouse, no refund received in timely fashion, so disputed via credit card company. Will need to check for refund.
  5. Curious if those 2 huge lollipops were wrapped in celophane, or are they just getting all sticky? If wrapped, maybe salvageable for later?

  7. Planning a cruise with daughter and 2 grandchildren in a minisuite on Discovery Princess. Where does the 4th person sleep? (I will have the sofa bed and don't want to share.) Any pictures available of 4th bed in minisuite? TIA.
  8. I also got that 360 call tonight and seemed like it was also included for my travelling companion. I am confused now....and she will surely be disappointed if not included. Any info on the surprise? Had hoped it was Luminiere.

Princess telephoned me at 7:17am today, Sunday, to cheerfully say I need to get into the green zone for an upcoming cruise and that she would be happy to help me order my medallion to accomplish this. I sleepily said OK (3/4 of bottle of Pinot last night), but that others had already tried. So, she tried...and tried....and then asked if she could call back and try again later.....Day is over, no call back and still no medallion can be ordered, but I had already been in the green zone and then something unknown happened that caused me to start from scratch. I'm way not impressed with this Medallion App. Clunky, unusable...and I'm not tech unsavy.

So, my medallion app issues are somewhat unresolved, at least I can log in again, but cannot get past the blue zone (was previously green zone, then the unexplained meltdown 2 weeks ago merging my acct with my cabinmates account, which is still unresolved on the website...I log in and her info displays, weird, huh?.), but CS was personable and tried. I think the problem is that the code is clunky and not all scenarios have been addressed. I'll be the one wearing a sun hat at the desk, trying to check in in two weeks. Wish me luck.

  12. I'm local to the area and would fly in/out of SNA all day long rather than use LAX. My opinion.
  13. I did cancel a specialty dinner reservation recently. Havent seen the refund, maybe it went to her credit card and not mine? Messy. I'm leaving it alone.
  14. My Medallion App and Princess account are all tangled up with my cabin mate's account. Cannot lot in to website and App shows my picture and email address, but shows cabin mates name and credit card info. According to app, we both have same name. Other pieces are tangled, as well. I called and was told , wow, we've never seen this before, and then was asked to give them a few days to figure it out. Cruise is in 3 weeks, so they have a bit of time....Anyone else experiencing this? (I asked my roll call and they all seem ok.) Seems kinda glitchy and problematic.
  15. I just bid minimum for upgrade from casino standard balcony to mini suite for cruise next month. My cabinmate wasnt happy about it, but I am excited by the opportunity! Hope bid is accepted!!

  17. I contacted casino dept again and the reason for not listing Princess Plus on original documents was "human error", which I accept. Things happen, people get rushed. All is well and I look forward to my Princess cruise. Thank you all for your replies. Whoopee!!! I've booked a cruise!!!
  18. I booked directly with representative of casino department. Thank you everyone for your replies. I have a message in to the supervisor and hopefully he can work it all out. Maybe I'm just being a bit nervous/overthinking and all will be fine. (Thought everything would be clearly listed, but then I did book on a Saturday two days ago...hm...)
  19. If he intentionally misled me in order to get a commissioned booking for himself, is the $200 nonrefundable deposit still nonrefundable? I know I verbally verified this with him and I'm not a fan of conflict or being misled.
  20. I verbally verified princess plus with him multiple times during our phone conversations, but it is not listed anywhere on my booking that I can find. I fear he lied to me to get the casino booking. Does that happen? If so, can they find the phone recording and fix this? Calling back when casino office opens.
  21. Received my invoice and checked online account but don't see Princess Plus noted anywhere. Navigator said it was included, should it be noted or do I need to call that busy casino telephone number again to verify? Please tell me where would it normally be notated, so I can look there? Tyvm.
