  1. The App won’t recognise my booking number. I’ve given up on the phone helpline after an hour on hold. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice. My cruise leaves in 12 days! Does anyone have any suggestions?
  2. Now that my insurance has been added, my embarkation time has been confirmed as 3pm on the 01/06. A bit disappointing, really

  4. I have the same issue for the cruise on the 1st June. It says 11am on the e-ticket but 3pm on the app. I would much prefer the 11am time!
  5. My FCC is in my account now. The 2 cruise next vouchers that I used to pay the deposit aren’t there yet, though.
  6. I spoke to NCL UK earlier and was told that a large batch of FCC would be released tomorrow. According to her supervisor, it would include all the cruises that have been cancelled so far. Just FYI: I booked directly with NCL and was due to sail on the Jade on April 9th
  7. I’ve just got off the phone with a NCL agent - the 20% past guest discount wasn’t showing up on the website. The discounted fare being shown was for the New Year Sale. The agent was able to apply the 20% discount but it is on the non-discounted fare rather than the sale price which is on their website, so unfortunately it’s not a 20% discount in reality. Very disappointing really
  8. Yep, I was seeing that price but it happens whether I’m logged in or not - plus it’s not a 20% discount. Thanks for your help though - maybe I just need to accept that this cruise is out of my price range!
  9. I’m on the UK site. It doesn’t matter whether I’m logged in or not, but the prices for the ‘20% past guest offer’ are the same - as in, the discount doesn’t seem to be being applied. I’ve made mock bookings both logged in and not logged in but the price stays the same. Am I missing something obvious? Any help or advice gratefully received 😊 For reference, I’m looking at the Norway and Iceland 14 day cruise from Southampton departing on July 26th 2020 thank you

  11. The search feature wasn’t very helpful with this so apologies if it’s a daft question. We’re sailing on the Silhouette on Sunday from Southampton and on the embarkation letter, we’ve been given a check in appointment of 1.45, as we’re on Deck 6. But on the express check in pass, it says anytime between 10.30 and 2.30. Do Celebrity really stick to the appointment slots? (I’ve only cruised on NCL before and you can turn up anytime with them)
