Same here. Iโm an early riser and love fueling up with a good breakfast.

Sounds gorgeous! Have to say though, we spent one Christmas when I was a teenager in my childhood second home on Sanibel, Florida. It was beautiful, as usual, but growing up in the northeast US it didnโt seem like Christmas walking around in T-shirts and shorts and seeing the palm trees decorated in Christmas lights! Probably the only time of the year I actually enjoy the cold and snow, But Iโd still love to experience Christmas in Australia some day ๐

Tropical Disturbance off Florida Coast

Weโre on the Mariner sailing (hopefully) departing PC this Saturday the 12th. Fingers crossed everything goes as planned. Weather looks to be nice this weekend, just hope the sailing leaving today is able to make it back safely and on time. -

Freedom & Voyager class are my favorites, followed by Quantum class. Oasis class are amazing indeed, but not my cup of tea.

While We Are All Enjoying Ourselves....

Definitely worse than Charley. Charley was also cat 4 but was very compact and fast moving. Not nearly the surge/water issues theyโre experiencing from Ian. SW Florida was a second home to me growing up and I still visit frequently. Breaks my heart to see what theyโre going through. Thoughts and prayers to all of those affected ๐ข -

Precisely why we have put off another Med cruise until testing requirements are done away with. -
The paper plate discussion brings back memories for me. When I was 22 I got my first apartment. It was very basic to put it kindly, but it was my first real โplaceโ and I loved it. It didnโt have a dishwasher so I lived on paper plates and plastic cutlery for the two years I lived there. My second apartment actually did have a dishwasher and I felt like I was living like a king! Itโs all relative. That being said I would still rather eat off paper plates than do dishes by hand ๐
