  1. 20 nights departing October 31, 2023MSC Cruises ❘ MSC Magnifica Genoa, Italy to Miami, Florida Interior cabin with taxes and port fees for under $1k! FOR 20 NIGHTS! And this repositioning cruise seems to have more port stops than most repositioning cruises do. I can't go due to another vacation conflict, but sharing so one of you can hopefully enjoy this deal!
  2. Some of the newly listed NCL Epic cruises from Port Canaveral to the Caribbean have some really good studio cabin rates! Guessing they are trying to get those ships filled up again since they totally decided to reposition the ship and the sailings are leaving in less than a year. I just booked directly on the NCL website the NCL Epic 7 night sailing to Eastern Caribbean January 14 for base price $799. With the "free-at-sea" package, ended up costing under $1200 for cabin, taxes & port fees, and free-at-sea gratuities. (Still will have to pay the regular gratuities later, think that's like $16 a day and unsure how to prepay those since this is my first time sailing with NCL.) You can also still snag a CruiseFirst cert today for $250 (worth $500 towards your cruise) to save an extra $250. Note: you can only use ONE CruiseFirst cert, even though it appears like it will let you apply multiple, it errored out on me when I finalized the purchase.
  3. Hi solo travelers! I'm interested in booking a studio cabin with NCL because I really want to experience the solo travelers lounge and group activities. What would y'all say is a "good price/deal" for the studio cabins on NCL? Is $170 per night all in (free at see, gratuities, taxes & port fees) considered a good deal for a non-repositioning cruise? I'm guessing it is at least compared to what I can find currently available, but I also am planning to snag a "Cruisefirst" certificate ($250 for $500 value) to save an extra $250...just read the fine print though that you can cancel and repurchase (and reuse) your Cruisefirst cert, so want to make sure the current price is a good enough one to purchase now vs wait for some July 4th sales or something. 😅 Would love to hear what y'all think, I'm totally ok paying a little extra for a studio even if a regular room is cheaper because I want all the solo traveler amenities/experience.
