  1. Hope that Carnival Corp does not sell Pacific Princess. I am concerned since it is the oldest ship in the Princess fleet it’s definitely less efficient along with not having Medallion Class technology.
  2. I did not pay for my cruise in full but did purchase shore excursions. Upon learning they cancelled my 8/17/20 cruise from NYC to Greenland I went online and cancelled the excursions myself. Does anyone know if the prepaid excursion refunds be automatically processed since they were cancelled by me thru Princess.com and not manually by an Princess Cruise consultant?
  3. Disappointed but not surprised that our 16 day cruise from NYC to Greenland once been cancelled. Guess I will rebook for August 2021.
  4. It will be interesting if Princess decides to resume operations on August 1st with departures only from Florida and cancelling all other cruises from North America. If so my August 16th cruise to Greenland will be cancelled. 😢😢 https://www.cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/22873-carnival-cruise-line-to-start-service-again-on-august-1.html
  5. I have had this 16 day cruise to New York City to Greenland (8/17/2020) cruise booked for almost a year. My original booking price for an interior stateroom was $2300 and Princess dropped the price today to $1149. Due to the price drop I ended up moving to an obstructed midship ocean view stateroom for only $1323. I am keeping my fingers crossed this cruise won’t get cancelled since these prices are amazing for a 16 day cruise. Only time will tell with regards to this or any other post COVID19 cruise.
  6. This is what I get when I try to book a cruise in 2020 or 2021. This is the New York City to Greenland Cruise on 8/17/20.
  7. Photo leaving the Port of Rio de Janeiro in December 2019.
  8. I agree a lot of changes are coming. My bet is each of us will have our temperature taken at the time of embarkation and if you have a fever they will not let you Board the ship.
  9. CDC has withdrawn their “No Sail Order” from the Federal Register. Editorial Note: The agency has requested this document be withdrawn from publication after placement on public inspection. The document will remain on file through close of business on April 13, 2020. A copy of the agency's withdrawal letter is available for inspection at the Office of the Federal Register. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/04/10/2020-07677/no-sail-order-and-suspension-of-further-embarkation-notice-of-modification-and-extension-and-other
  10. Here is the latest CCL stock forecast for the next 12 months which ranges from $30.50 to $59 per share. https://money.cnn.com/quote/forecast/forecast.html?symb=CCL
  11. I have three cruises booked with Princess. (August 2020 - NYC to Greenland March 2021 - Back to back Hawaii Tahiti and Mexican Riviera). I think when Princess returns we will all have our temperatures taken at the time of embarkation. If you have a high temperature you will not be allowed to board the ship. I also expect that Princess will revamp Horizon Court where the staff will serve us all the food on the buffet and the self serve water stations will be removed. In my opinion this will be a positive change after seeing people, not washing their hand, touching
