  1. Now I have purchase 2 shore excursions at Stavanger. in the morning Small Group: Rib Boat Tour going to see the Lysefjord and the Pulpit rock. And afternoon Small Group: Stavangers Mansions
  2. Norwegian Fjords cruise, Silhouette Jun1 17 to June 24, Stavanger Saturday June 22
  3. Today the refund money was deposited on my credit card, it took 17 days to be credited.
  4. We are booked in the 2025 fall foliage cruise (prime Veranda V1) NO price changes
  5. Eclipse will go to Dry dock after the 2025 transatlantic (March 22 to April 3). Next sailing after the TA is April 27.
  6. During Thanks giving and cyber Monday they put the cruise planner at 50% off also they repeated the promo during Christmas (shore excursion, beverage packages, specialty dinning, etc)
  7. I did not contract with the operator, I contracted with Celebrity and Celebrity is the one who owes me my money. The problem is why Celebrity delays so much time in refund the money when they charge the CC immediately
  8. As long as the money is not deposited in my account there is NO refund. For my account until it's in my pocket

  10. October 2018, my DW cancels the New England and Canada cruise 48 Hours before sail away, I cruise alone, Celebrity returns me the Tax and Port fees and all the cruise planner purchases from my DW, NO extra charges for single passenger and I get double Captain's Club points
  11. I booked for the first day of my cruise a Hair Cut and a Pedicure, If I don't need it, what is the deadline to cancel?
  12. I just called Celebrity, very quick response, the operator Diana helped me to cancel the excursion and book the new one
  13. In the description of the shore excursion X mentions the size of the group normally 12, in a minivan.

Incredible, yes, today Sunday, December 24 at 11:59 am I received an email from Celebrity, they canceled my excursion in Stavanger, they mentioned that I can book any other excursion of my choice and that I should wait 30 days for the refund to my credit card. It's ridiculous to wait a month for the refund when I pay them in cash and I really miss the time and day of the mail, which nope is supposed to be closed for the holidays. agh :😡😡 Another bad point, the excursion is still in my cruise planner and it does not allow me to book another excursion since there is duplication in the schedules.

We are booked on the Silhouette June 24, 24 British Isles Cruise, there are not shore excursions for Edinburgh, I want to write a email asking about when will be online the shorex for booking, the Viator and Trip advisor site shorex doesn’t offer pickup at South Queens ferry where the tenders will arrive
