Just came off the Joy, we were in 8148. We thought it was the perfect location. Very quiet, but convenient to everything we needed. We never heard any noise from the theater.

Canada doesn't require a covid test (since Sept 30), but SailSafe (as of Sept 3) states a test is required for over 12yr olds

Is the Ncl Joy room 8146 an angled balcony?

We're in 8148 on the Joy 10/29/22 - happy to hear about the larger balcony! I'll try to come back and report on noise levels after we cruise.
