    All Things TEA TIME

I found a couple in my album. Enjoy! ~Profile Says Everything~
  2. Within the past few years, I’ve been introduced by my fiancée to live Christmas trees. It’s become a favorite thing to alternate years to pick color schemes. This was my last tree— black and white theme. ~Profile Says Everything~

What is the first thing you do?

We unpack (FTTF), clean the room, eat and drink, and go nap in loungers . . . old people in young bodies. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

    All Things TEA TIME

I agree that because it's listed at the bottom of that section, many people don't see it. For me, though, that's great. Less people, more peaceful: I don't have to yell across the table when having discussions. The one thing that was not offered, or maybe I just missed it, was Devonshire cream . . . ~Profile Says Everything~

    All Things TEA TIME

I absolutely love Tea Time. My last was on the Victory in the Pacific Aft dining room. We sat at a window table on a rainy Sea Day and counted five people, not including the two of us, which was interesting and perfect; no one else came! I had a specialty tea with a hint of coconut (not sure of the brand but would love to know); I like mine with cream. The smoked salmon sandwiches, chocolate fruit tarts and chocolate cake were delicious! There was no music or loud talking-- just bliss! For me, I wish the MDR for dinner had the same atmosphere. I'm ready for another Tea Time! Sent from my iPhone using Forums

    Cabin TV

I do not remember the channels, as we never watch much, but I'd say if there are about 16 channels, half are cartoons (like Cartoon Network), TBS, local port news and national news channels; the other half are ship channels. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Bringing wine onboard & corkage fee

I totally agree. If you want the fridge to be its coldest, though, leave the compartment (closet or cupboard) that holds the fridge open. This releases the heat created by the fridge. ~Profile Says Everything~

Bringing wine onboard & corkage fee

I deliberately did not bring my corkscrew last month; our steward brought one by the first evening. We got glasses from the bar and carried our glasses of wine everywhere on the ship. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

    Delivery time for continental breakfast?

You're welcome! Time slots, instead of exact times, are used to give the deliverer time to prepare the order and make it through the busy kitchen and down a long hallway to the cabin. An order placed at 5:30 will not be delivered at 5:30. Call earlier! [emoji4] ~Profile Says Everything~

    Delivery time for continental breakfast?

Here's the updated version of the card. If you want breakfast at 5:30, you should call room service before 5:30 to give them time to deliver it, as they're preparing other passengers' orders, also. ~Profile Says Everything~

YTD, Do they seat you w others?

I love your attitude, Lucy! When you mentioned the amount of time life has been stressful, I had to check your location . . . I hope you didn't experience any of that bad weather. ~Profile Says Everything~

Food for thought about thread responses

That's not what I understood, but that's fine because THAT'S the point-- "everyone's answers are based on their own perception of their own personal experience." No two experiences and understandings are exactly the same. Take what you can/want for reading someone else's experience, go to the source for facts (and note that exceptions may be made for you), and use common sense to help form your own experience! ~Profile Says Everything~
