  1. On Royal this summer we went to upgrade on board and had to wait until sail away. Before then it was all done through online bidding. I would imagine Celebrity is the same.
  2. March 18 Equinox has Prime Rib now on night 1 in MDR. Filet Mignon has been on the menu in Blu and Luminae for a while.
  3. Note that if you want to go to Muir Woods you MUST have reservations in advance

  5. it originally had CALL which is what brought all this up.... I called and they fixed it and it now shows PALL.
  6. I sent an email weeks ago and never got an answer, so I called. The agent said my onboard account indeed showed I had the Classic package (CALL) but saw that I had the Premium booked. After a few minutes on hold she was able to get it fixed, and now my Xpass shows the PALL code.
  7. Whale strikes are a real issue, and it's not just cruise ships but also all other ships. Whale-ship collisions are currently a leading cause of death for large whales, and scientists estimate that over 80 blue, humpback, and fin whales are killed by vessel collisions on the West Coast of the United States each year.   8. It was always my understanding that most of the people in line at guest services on day one were there to remove the automatic gratuities.... and there are always a lot of them. Maybe I'm misinformed. I keep auto-gratuities on and cash tip to servers along the way and leave a little for the room steward at the end.

I did an online chat with a Celebrity agent and he said I DO have the premium package but he didn't know anything about the code on the boarding pass..... maybe the agent answering my email will know more. I really hope it isn't messed up forcing me to stand in a long line at guest services to get it fixed.
  10. just got my boarding pass.... it says CALL when I did buy the Elevate package that comes with Premium.... email has been sent to Celebrity.
  11. AQ gets a slightly expanded room service menu and Suite get a few more options on top of that.... The menus are in the app. AQ pays a fee but suites don't.

  13. The OP was trying to verify the package before the boarding passes come out.... it seems the only way to do that is to look at the invoice to be sure PALL is shown there as what's online doesn't seem to be clear.
  14. I also have the premium package, according to my invoice, but see the lime picture in the planner. I also still see both the classic and premium packages being offered to me. They should at least put the reserved icon there and/or gray it out like they do with excursions.
  15. I booked our upcoming Celebrity cruise while on a Royal ship in their Future Cruise department.... the reverse should be possible and you probably have to go there in person.
